What makes us different from typical computer-based training?
Our approach to software training is different than typical CBT. End-users have told us over and over again they don't have the time to sit through hours of training. Our short, to-the-point video clips makes it possible to "get in, get the knowledge, and get back to work".

What does a Corporate License allow us to do?
The Corporate License allows organizations to copy the contents of our products to one server, portal, or SharePoint server in a single location.

What does an Enterprise License allow us to do?
With an Enterprise License, organizations may copy the contents of our products to multiple servers in more than one location (such as different states or countries).

Can we use your clips in our LMS?
Our clips are compatible with most learning management systems and can be made SCORM-compliant. In most cases we can tailor our clips to your needs. Please contact us for more information or to request a sample file for local testing.

How long is the average clip?
Each video training clip ranges from two to three minutes in length.

In which format are the clips available?
We produce the clips in various formats including .SWF, .MP4 and .WMV.

What special software needs to be installed to view clips?
Clips are viewable with the industry standard Flash Player (version 7 of higher) or Windows Media Player (version 9 or higher).

Are the clips interactive?
Not directly. However, most of the clips include sample exercise files that can be installed and used to practice the techniques being demonstrated on the screen.

Are the clips available in languages other than English?
Unfortunately no – but we are happy to provide a written narration for each movie. Some customers have the “scripts” translated, then linked next to each clip on the menu page. This way views can read along with the spoken word. Others use our scripts to record an audio accompaniment in the local language for each clip.

Can we see a client list?
Our clips are the training product of choice by organizations worldwide.

Will you accept Purchase Orders?
Gladly. We also accept leading credit cards, PayPal and wire transfer.

Do you offer customized clips?
Yes. We are always interested in creating custom clips for specialized programs and systems. Clips are perfect for delivering virtually any kind of information: computer and software training, new hire orientation, HR procedures, etc.

How long does it take to develop custom clips?

Can we customize the interface (menu)?
Our products are easy to customize! Add your logo, change the text, hide topics or include links to your own documentation.

Do you offer multi-user license discounts?
Yes. We are happy to offer multi-user license discounts to organizations wishing to purchase in bulk.

Why do the clips sometimes look "scrunched up" in Internet Explorer version 8?
Internet Explorer 8 has a new feature called Compatibility View that, when enabled, can cause certain Flash movies to look distorted or "scrunched up". We recommend that Compatibility Mode be disabled when viewing our clips. In organizations where Compatibility View is enabled by default, we are happy to provide an updated version of our clips that will correct the issue. Please contact us to request replacements.
